Sienna’s is a family operated business, owned and operated since 2010. The name was inspired from a daughter of one of the proprietors- Sienna. It was perfect. Not only because of its Italian origin, but because it involves the one thing we are passionate about….family.
The family of Sienna’s originates from seven little islands off the southern coast of Sicily- the Aeolian Islands. These Mediterranean islands are a typical fishing and holiday town, similar to that of the Nelson Bay area. Many of our dishes are inspired from our background, which is why we source much of our produce locally.
Hospitality has always been a large influence to the family of Sienna’s. We strive to maintain this influence in the meals and service provided to you.
